By placing your order on our online shop (only availale in english), you attest having read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions. A contract is reached between you and Mfato Kitenge when you place your order. From this moment on, no changes can be made to your order. You will receive a written confirmation by e-mail.
2. Availability of products
We cannot guarantee the availability of all products. Unavailable products may be displayed in our shop due to technical issues or human errors. Should this be the case for your order we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund within 30 days.
You can pay for your order by using your credit card or Paypal. Cash payment is only possible if you personally collect your order in Geneva. If you wish to do so, choose Geneva Pickup as a delivery method for your order and contact us as instructed after placing your order to set an appointment with us.
We deliver throughout Switzerland. For deliveries outside Switzerland please contact us directly at email@example.com
Items are generally shipped 24 hours after payment confirmation. The standard delivery method is the Swiss postal service.
Items can also be collected at one of our points of sale or an appointment can be scheduled.
5. Delivery time
Delivery time is usually of 1 to 3 business days for shipments within Switzerland. Parcels are delivered against signature.
6. Delivery fees
Standard deliveries within Switzerland are free of charge. For next day deliveries (business days, optional), the packaging and delivery fees amount to 5.95CHF.
Orders can also be picked up at one of our points of sale or on appointment within the city of Geneva. In this case delivery is free of charge. If you'd like to take advantage of this service, please choose Geneva Pickup as a delivery method when placing your order.
We cannot regroup individual orders. If you did not regroup your purchases in a unique order, you will receive them separately.
We reserve the right to modify delivery fees and conditions at any time, without notice.
7. Delivery problems
In the case of non-receipt of your order after ordinary time of delivery, please contact us using the contact form on our website or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to be informed about the status of your order. In your request you shall mention your last name, your address and your order number. Without this information we will not be able to process your request.
8. Returns, exchanges and defects
Items purchased on our online store cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Our products are handcrafted. Differences in measurement and finishing from one product to another can subsist and are considered as normal.
In the case of a defective product, please contact us as soon as you notice the defect. Please report the fault using the contact form on our website or send us an email at email@example.com. In your request you shall mention your last name, your order number and a detailed description of the problem. It will also be necessary to provide us with a picture clearly showing the defect. Defects which are due to normal wear and tear over time or which result from an inappropriate use of the product will not be considered.
Return fees are at the expense of the customer. The customer is responsible for the conveyance of the item until it reaches us. We decline all responsibility in case of loss. We recommend to use a delivery service with traceability of the parcel.
Please address a separate request for each defective article that you wish to return. Please do not return items without having contacted us beforehand and received a response from our side.
Remark: In the case of a defective product we reserve the right to issue a refund, an exchange or a repair of the product. In the case of a refund, the amount equivalent to the sales price (at the moment of the order) of the item will be credited to the customer within a period of 30 days upon reception of the returned item.
10. Final clause
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, without notice. The Terms and Conditions of Sale at the time of the placement of the order shall apply for the ordered items.
Any dispute of any sort will be governed by the applicable Swiss law. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief will be brought in the courts of the Canton Geneva, Switzerland. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are translated in various languages. The French version is applicable
